PMgr. Beh Liang Teng
Beh liang teng is a highly skilled property management professional with 19 years of industry experience as a registered property manager his journey began in project development over the course of twelve years in project developments he honed his skills across the entire project lifecycle from initiation to achieving excellence his proficiency spans key areas including feasibility budgeting design approvals execution and meticulous defect resolution
With a robust technical foundation in electrical engineering he has cultivated extensive technical knowledge that spans every facet of building from the basement to the rooftop with direct involvement in joint management bodies jmb and management corporations mc throughout his career mr beh possesses firsthand experience in the challenges and responsibilities of property management this experience enables him to deeply understand property owners needs and deliver effective solutions showcasing his extensive knowledge and expertise in property management and committee roles.
